"Allan
Conway is one of Europe's foremost graphologists, the discipline
that can assess character through analysis of handwriting.
His services are called upon by some of the largest firms
in great Britain in the area of recruitment, when hundreds
of applications have to be screened to make a final selection
of candidates for interview."
"He
recalls a recent case when a large manufacturing company was
deciding on two candidates for the position of Chief Executive
Officer. Unable to differentiate between the two, the selection
committee called him in to offer his expert opinion. He found
one candidate's writing to reveal a disturbing level of inflexibility,
and noted that this candidate would make a good commanding
officer 'in the military but was unsuitable for this post'.
Afterwards Allan was told that this candidate had in fact
served nine and a half years in the army."
